真空測(cè)試法：準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)真空室和真空抽氣泵。將裝有適量產(chǎn)品（或模擬物）的包裝袋放入真空室內(nèi)，關(guān)閉真空室。啟動(dòng)抽氣泵，逐漸降低真空室內(nèi)的氣壓。在抽氣過程中，密切觀察包裝袋的變化。若包裝袋密封性良好，隨著氣壓降低，袋體應(yīng)逐漸膨脹，但不會(huì)有氣體泄漏導(dǎo)致的異常變形或鼓包。若存在密封問題，在氣壓降低到一定程度時(shí)，會(huì)看到包裝袋局部出現(xiàn)快速鼓脹、有氣泡冒出，或者聽到輕微的 “嘶嘶” 漏氣聲，這表明該包裝袋密封性不合格 。

Prepare a safe and easily observable coloring agent, such as a solution prepared by mixing food grade pigments with water. Inject a small amount of dye solution into the packaging bag and seal the bag tightly. Place the packaging bag flat on a white absorbent paper, gently press the packaging bag to evenly distribute the dye solution inside the bag. After a period of time, observe the white absorbent paper. If there are traces of dye penetration on the paper, it indicates that the packaging bag has a sealing defect, and the dye seeps out from the poorly sealed area.
